There are only two types of wars: a long guerrilla war, which ends with a big battle, and a big battle, followed by a guerrilla war.
Kingdom of the Four Shores (11)
The Bank's CEO was last seen as being escorted by persons in suits, or maybe penguins, the witness could not really say. We assume he was taken to the infamous so-called re-education facilities run by the self-styled Kingdom, as were the other top managers and the board.
Since no person taken to those facilities ever appeared again, the Bank assumes the CEO and the board are dead, or wish they were.
The bank is also calling a shareholder meeting, which will have to decide the future direction. Unfortunately, at the moment there is no known safe place, the timing of the meeting is uknown at this stage.

In the meanwhile, the bank will be run by a the only employee who managed to escape the enraged looters. We believe that despite his humble beggining right down at the career ladder, he will perform at least as well as the previous CEO.

Or maybe we'd rather hope he'll perform better.

Alliances are being formed, will war follow?
Nils Olav (14)
Run... No, not famous Gendalf's "Run, you fools".
Run, Gray Ones, run faster! It seems, you are too slow, and this = death (or oblivion, but that's rather the same).
Gray Ones (16)
The fleet is fully packed with angry skilled gnomes wishing for some delicious sea food on their plate. Kraken would be nice they said. Some of them are going to ride some tentacles and die, and that would be a funny show. So sad i can't see it firsthand, but i will use my imagination reading the battle report.
I'll send some gnome painters next time to capture the view.
The Chosen Few (17)
"You want to what?!? Take a centaur and place each of his four hooves on a turtle and send him water skiing? Is there a point to this?"

"To explore sir."

"Hmm. Exploring is good. It seems a ship would be more useful but lets see how it works."
King of the Penguins (18)
The workshops were fully functional now and the only missing thing was the client...
Silver Hand (22)
It's always sad when fellow comrade leaves...
Your deeds will be remembered and a couple boxes of VODK emptied in your name.
What does future holds for us? We will know soon enough.

Five soldiers went for holidays to shores Betrei to enjoy the sun. "Be careful" they were told - but they did not listen. RIP brave souls

Scoiatael (25)
Sildoral was at peace with himself and the whole world. He was back in civilization. His opulently furnished rooms in the tower his emperor had bestowed upon him were just what he needed to get over the last vestiges of seasickness.
And even better the quality of conversation had risen impressively since his trip to the new capital.
Reports from back home were good too. Only a mysterious shortage of wood seemed to baffle his viceroy.
Elves of Lund (26)
He read the report.
Trouble in the East.
He had heard rumors before, but now Sir Carter was sure.

War is coming
Lost Sea Trading Company (27)
(Stories from ancient Darealone family book - Tales from Torsee Darealone - XX)
Torsee heard Adira's plans about allying with the other powerhouses in this land.
It would ensure coordinated efforts for the common good, bring peace to the land, not only on this island but far away.

It seems eons ago there was an Great Empire who was ruled by Elfs together with all other races. They were strong, they were wise and they were peaceful.
But as time went by, they started looking for the ultimate goal. A never dying Empire they sought, were rulers and subjects would have eternal life.

After great efforts they achieved it. Those willing followed the undead path, while others families decided not to take that step, for the time being, like Adira's family.
Other families looked at it as sacrilege, and established their own kingdoms, as time went bye.
But this Eternal Empire is wise and knows time heals everything cause everyone will dye one day and join the Empire. And those willing can join the undead at anytime.

Torsee asked Adira what was hers plans concerning the afterlife. Adira's calmed him, as there was much they could da as living to help bring peace and justice back to the land.
And also increase their wealth and power.

Torsee thought about it thoroughly. While resting in his chambers he took the gem he was carrying since the beginning of his adventure, out of his purse.
The gem was glowing a silver color almost like approving this new chapter.
It would indeed be a great adventure.

More Evil Mage's, More Evil Warriors, I need to clean up the evil from these lands.

A cry is like thunder:
– Give people a Roma
Need on any
People drink rum

- Ladies and gentlemen
Really, what a trifle
I ran out of food,
The rum ran out in the cellar.

It's New Year's eve,
Fifth night in a row
A citizen drinks rum,
All in one voice yell.

A cry is like thunder:
– Give people a Roma
Need on any
People drink rum

– What are you doing here
Chess and Lotto
You can't fool us
Are you the innkeeper or what

Where, where is the pianist
Sleeping under the piano
U-u-u-u-u-the violinist
My head hurts.
All decent people
Turned into a rabble.
Do not appease the people
Hello, New Year

"The guests need rum, of course,
Will it arrive tomorrow afternoon,
The world is angry at the old man –
Good-bye, my little Inn.

A cry is like thunder:
– Give people a Roma
Need on any
People drink rum

The Abbot entered the Inn
Well, and the fool would be with him,
If it weren't for a strange fact –
That the jester was with him.

And looking at the people,
Food was cooked for everyone
From buffoonery
And theological topics.

Where, where is the pianist
The violinist sleeps under the piano
The tool is broken.
All decent people
Turned into a rabble.
Do not appease the people
Hello, New Year

Drank bitches rum

Well, north is still a bigger problem. Reinforcements will flow and we will slow the process south and east. West is still a unknown. But Light is stronger as ever. Lets the hunt for the Dark and Twisted Hobbits continue.
Sword & Shield Forever (32)
The sea missionaries tried to convert merfolk to the word of Holy Cone, but this was unsuccessful. They were deemed heretics along with all representatives of faction 2 and Kingdom of Charles set sail to destroy those monsters.
Kingdom of Charles (35)
They attacked suddenly. No declaration of war. Without warning. Hundreds of soldiers suddenly burst into the city and a massacre ensued. What could a hundred guards do against five hundred well-trained and equipped thugs? Only fight and perish, as befits the children of the Silver Wolf. And then they began to kill civilians. Peasants, lumberjacks, healers, teachers, priests.
So many deaths ...
I'm dead too now. Now I am just an ethereal spirit, capable of only observing and trusting the will of the Silver Wolf.
Anuii ... So they called themselves ... I will remember this name ...

We were wondering: We are Miserable on land.. should we try it on the sea?
Miserable Maniacs (40)
Our 'productive' members of society (farmers, tax collectors, builders etc.), are becoming a bit resentful of the combat arm. The 'fighting' society consume just about all the resources produced by the working majority, yet, other than the occasional junket against hapless 'monsters', do little but work out at the gym, and drink vodka. "You'll be sorry when we're gone", they say. We shall see.
Northern Viking (42)
Grefish back to their ancient capital?

Well-informed circles have reported that the Grefishs have returned to their old capital. The local population is breathing a sigh of relief, and the local occupying forces have, by and large, behaved correctly, but taxes have recently been increased significantly. Whether the Greyfish family will be the first to pay taxes is not yet certain.
Greyfish (43)
The scouts found their quarry - a vicious group of undead lurking in difficult terrain. Sadly, there was no way of getting an army to hunt the lich down, for neighbouring empires had troops in the area, and would be unlikely to let armies march through. Perhaps a coalition was needed to kill the fiends.
Children of the Four Winds (44)
Hunting these dragons is much more complicated then it seems. People have warned us they are dangerous, but turns out they are also very difficult to catch. They are fast riders, and even if you catch them in their lairs they seem to hide in there!
Filcist (46)
After the horrendous (and inadvertent) farmer's battle, we are licking wounds. However, studying Demonology and Necromancy have proved to be fruitful! Our revenge is only a mere 10, 20 turns away!

Loneliness at the Lone Island,
Beyond the many-leafed spring,
And rustle of reed, and leaf
Dry, flying from the sky.
In the morning - snow over the sleeping sea
Will melt in misty air,
And you will see a holy dream
For recalling lost knowledge.
And in desert will you find
The last treasure you possess:
Winter of years, happiness -
Loneliness at the Lone Island.
Istari (55)
The first ship sailed away, in hope for any tiny piece of clue of a welcoming land or at least a shaft. The two young sailors were frightened: for the first time, they were leaving their tribe and the island. Who knew what threats were lurking at sea?
The Guild (57)
Have met couple of friendly folks after all, nice. Goals are set and everything is relatively quiet now, lets hope it stays that way for a while.
Semigallians (6)
Underworld is slow and hungry place. Why it's so overcrowded??
Royal Pinguins (69)
- Are there any incidents at the border?
- Nothing substantial, Sir. Only two gnolls drunk attacked our diplomat and were captured by the guards. The leader of their faction apologizes most deeply.
- Ok.
Moon Knights (7)
While known for his tactical acumen, General Antigonus was also a statesman and an architect. The broad hill overlooking the marketplace opposite the aeropagus where he stood with the men of the Tarsan Contruction Co. would make an excellent location for a new center of learning.

Akhorahil gave his mages some instruction on the spells they needed to study, then left to go to the training area where two newly formed warbands were being outfitted. While watching the training, he received a report that two fleets were approaching the island, flying the colors of friendly nations. He immediately went down to the docks to personally welcome them!
