...the survivor said that at first everything was fine. They broke into the village and started pillage it. There were only women and children, there was no resistance, those who prevented the robbery or resisted were killed. But then the adult orcs returned from the mine and that's where the horror began. Our army was almost completely exterminated, not many survived. All the weapons we had were lost in the village. And in addition to this, the orcs became very angry and invaded the goblin lands, releasing previously captured dwarves from prisons and taking away the loot from the goblins. It's not fair! We are real revolutionaries, had pillaged all this stuff honestly! But the good elves are hurriedly bringing us new weapons to assemble a new army! That's it!
What you're telling me, Goblin-Papa, is terrible! I hope you won't go to this war, because we have another child!
What are you, Goblin-Mom! I am a real revolutionary, my place is here in the settlement, to make sure that all real revolutionaries are regularly given free food! The Enclave's writing department was getting more and mroe swamped withg various mistakes, errors, and corrections in orders to numerous traders around the world, that it had to cut capacity in writing Times articles (no deal, will just publish short snippets) and diplomatic capacity (bad for long term development).
So this time, just a quick calculation from our economists to compare notes and exchange knowledge with squirrels: The Enclave's income per capita has also experienced decrease slowing down to a bit above 19 silvers, although according to our methodology it consists solely of tax income (13 per capita) and the rest is sale of various goods. Economists stopped counting food eaten as inconclusive exercise. On other hand, the revenue is way lower, as Expeditionary Forces division is taking even more  of expenses and cannot bring in any revenues as the manager promised that would be from taking things from monsters. The current calculations even show that the estimated result from regular monster battles are still in negative. The department has a deadline to become bring at least nominal profit six month or it shall be disbanded.
